Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellation Window: Cancel within 1-2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at help@roomzfashion.com with your order details.

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • If the order is canceled before it’s handed over to the courier, a full refund will be issued.

    • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • Delivery Delays: Delays caused by courier or postal services are not valid reasons for cancellation.


Refund Policy

We offer two simple refund options:

  1. Store Credit: Receive the refund amount + an extra ₹150 as a store credit (valid for 1 year from the date issued).

  2. Original Payment Method: The amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method within 7 working days

Note;-

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit only.


Exchange Policy

We encourage exchanges over returns to ensure you find the perfect product. Here’s why exchanges are a great option:

  • Quick & Easy: Contact us at help@roomzfashion.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID. We’ll guide you through the process.

  • Extra Value: Receive an additional ₹150 in store credit as a thank-you for choosing an exchange.

  • Hassle-Free Process:

    • Once approved, self-ship the item back to us.

    • Upon receipt, your store credit (including the bonus ₹150) will be issued.

  • Efficient Handling: We ensure your exchange is processed swiftly so you can enjoy your new product without delay.


Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our return process is designed to be simple and hassle-free:

  • Easy Returns: Contact us at help@roomzfashion.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Conditions:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Self-Ship Returns:

    • Once approved, self-ship the product to our warehouse.

    • Courier charges are the customer’s responsibility. Provide tracking details for faster processing.

  • Refund Options:

    • Choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit with an extra ₹150.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items:

    • Share an unboxing video (mandatory) as proof, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

  • Gift Cards

  • Custom Orders

  • Orders with Fall Pico

  • Unstitched Fabrics
